Melon and green lime smoothie

Ingredients:
½ a Charentais melon (orange flesh) or a Cantaloupe melon
125g of Bulgarian yoghurt
1 green lime
Preparation:
1 - With a spoon, lift out all the seeds from the half you are using, then scoop out the flesh and cut it into pieces
2 - With a small, sharp knife, peel the lime, then cut it into two and remove the pips
3 - Blend the melon and lemon with the cold yoghurt
4 - Serve immediately with a slice of Charentais melon on the side
Tips: Add 1 glass of crushed ice for an extra refreshing smoothie
