Carrot soup

Carrot soup
1 baby bottle (4+ months)
preparation 5 mins / cooking 15 mins
freeze for up to 3 months

Ingredients:


1 carrot
1 potato
½ tsp butter (over 6 months)

Preparation:


1 - Cut the carrot into thin slices and the potato into small cubes

2 - Cut the carrot into thin slices and the potato into small cubes

3 - Steam the vegetables for 15 minutes and then drain

4 - Empty the vegetables, a tiny pinch of salt (and the butter) into the blender (or a bowl to use a hand-held blender)

5 - Pulse blend the vegetables adding a little spring water between each pulse – until the mixture is smooth and liquid enough for baby’s bottle, or thicker for spoon-feeding
